Our latest major renovation: we revamped the entire building, from interior finishing to exterior finishing as well as upgraded the insulation, plumbing and electrical to today's standards. The front porch and feature walls add a very charming toutch to this beautiful property.
SUMMIT Construction is proud to have wrapped up this project in early 2022 as their first finished build of the year. The SUMMIT Construction team built this new home in Arrow Heights. Working closely with the client to help design the home in a way that will cater to their changing needs for years to come. In addition to being highly efficient, this home also features natural wood elements that were sourced right from the property.
Our first new build as SUMMIT Construction, this 3,000 sqft two-story home reached Step 4 of the BC Energy Step Code. It features a main home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and a garage with a 1-bedroom suite on top.
Located in the Southside area of Revelstoke, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home took 5 months to complete. This home achieved excellent airtightness and efficiency ratings. The innovative construction methods developed by Simon Gagnon, Owner & General Contractor, allows SUMMIT Construction to build high quality and highly energy-efficient homes.

This early Revelstoke home was carefully renovated by SUMMIT Construction. Original details, like doors and windows, were kept and restored to new, while the living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and basement were given a fresh yet classic update. This renovation also features a hand crafted wooden feature wall, surrounding an existing fireplace.
