By choosing a more traditional building style, SUMMIT Construction assembled the ideal family home with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The modest floorplan utilizes traditional sized spaces to reduce the need for excess materials. By taking the time to make thoughtful decisions around finishing materials and fixtures, they were able to stay within the owner's budget while still meeting the necessary standards to achieve Step 4 of the BC Energy Step Code.
