This new home on Eighth Street was custom designed for life in a mountain town. The original structure was completely renovated and converted into a suite, while the main dwelling was built to meet all the needs of a busy, active family.
Making The Most Of Mountain Living
Building a home to support an active, outdoor lifestyle was the key goal of this build. The main entryway is quite spacious, with ample room for gear storage and the washer and dryer just steps away. Space was left on the ground floor to accommodate a small office as well.
Upstairs, the home is beautifully finished with durable, hardwood flooring, an open-concept living area, and an upgraded kitchen with beautiful views of the nearby mountains.
Stepping outside on the deck, owners will be greeted by panoramic views of Mount Begbie. On the left, where the barbecue will stand, we've thoughtfully left a cutout on this wall to allow the owner to keep an eye on what's happening at the summit of the nearby resort.
The Suite Life
The original structure of the home was kept to frame the majority of the suite beside the main residence. This beautiful new suite has everything a a small group of adventure-seekers or family could want, including two bedrooms, a washer and dryer, kitchen, and loads of windows to let in natural light.
